Zoodha Mobile auction application

My graduation project zoodha is an auctioning application that tries to provide users with realtime auctioning/bidding experience in virtual environment, with a friendly UI and many other features
  • Auctioning and bidding with scheduled auctions, and bidding limitations to ensure seriousness

Sanad Pay Transactions Management Sys

ASP .NET, MSSQL server, Flutter, HTML/CSS, JS

Transactions and Point of sale terminals management system, used by system admins, merchants, employees and other stakeholders for the core company service.
Admins can manage merchants and their terminals (Payment devices), register/delete a terminal, employees and accounts.
Different roles with different authorities supported.
The web project is the core version with all functionalities. It was developed by another team in the early stages of the project, with unclear requirements, which led to unexpected results and system behavior.
I worked for a long time on different production releases, focusing on various aspects. In the early batches, the focus was on the system entities and the relationships between them to comply with the requirements. After that, many bugs and issues were fixed.
Additionally, I have enriched the system with numerous functionalities to serve business needs, such as supporting OTP authentication, exported reports for taxes, transactions, and many different valuable statistics that cater to the needs of the various stakeholders.
For better accessibility, the company requested a mobile version of the application targeting merchants.
This mobile app includes the necessary services such as opening tickets, requesting a terminal, viewing transactions per terminal/branch, seeing receipts, and accessing general statistics as indicators for the merchant's sales.
I developed this mobile app using Flutter to work on both Android and iOS platforms, implemented the required APIs and authentication system for the mobile application. In the future, more functionalities will be added to the mobile app as well as the system as a whole, based on the evolving needs of the business.

Portfolio Builder

Website that revolutionizes the way users showcase their skills and experience. Portfolio Builder allows individuals to create and share virtual portfolios, serving as dynamic resumes that grab the attention of potential employers and stakeholders. Users can effectively demonstrate their capabilities by presenting detailed and visually appealing versions of their past projects and work, listing their skills achievements and more. Additionally, tracking feature enables users to monitor the number of views their portfolios receive. Key feature of the project is flexibility, by allowing users to customize styling and listing of their portfolio, they don't have to adhere a rigid template, they can add and reorder whatever needed items/sections to ensure personlized portfolio.

Facilities Budget and Activity Tracker

Activities is a web-based system used by university staff to browse, log, and track activities for each facility. The system used to log all activities with their formal approvals, costs, and other attributes. Its used to track the budget, expenses and activities of each facility annually and provides three roles within the system, each with different authorities. For example, administrators can finance facilities, add new facilities, and access all other system features.
  • View all departments with their sub-facilities, budgets, activities, and costs.
  • Log approval numbers, check numbers, and activities.
  • Track budgets per department and finance them.
  • Generate annual logs of budgets and activities per department.
  • Extract word reports.
  • Variable permissions per role (3 roles).
  • The main challenge was dealing with changing requirements and daily variations from multiple clients.
  • The project was initiated by another group of trainees, and it was difficult to understand their code and refactor it, especially with their absence.

Expenses tracker Personal expenses tracker

Flutter, sqflite

Smart expenses tracker that records expenses and their amounts, tries to predict the amount from the expense description. I developed this app to learn and explore Flutter before starting my graduation project 'Zoodha'. This idea was chosen because I often need such an application for personal use. After using the app for about 6 months, I recognized its drawbacks. With the knowledge gained from completing my graduation project, I refactored the code significantly and added new features to improve the app's functionality.

Pety is my introduction to web development and many other aspects of software development world, like Regular expressions, Front-end and Back-end vaildation,object serialization/deserialization and JSON, servers, email OTP verification, http requests and APIs.I started learning it as a requirement for a course that covers php and shallow css/js, then learned CSS and JS deeply to make it more interactive ,learned and practiced http requests, APIs development and usage.Finally refactored the project.

Halls reservation system Booking and loaning

A system for managing reservations and loaned items for a number of halls managed by university staff. The system allows admins to accept or reject applicants' requests to book a hall for a specified time. Applicants can choose a specific time and hall to reserve, and the request is processed by admins with notification by email. The system includes a website with a form where applicants can submit requests. In this project, I utilized SQL functions, triggers, and timers extensively, and worked with complex nested queries and join statements.

  • User-friendly timeline for admins to facilitate the process of handling requests and reservations
  • Preventing reservation conflicts in an efficient manner

  • Developing an API to retrieve an organized list of times with available hours in a specific day/range-of-days for a given hall and date was challenging

Simple Role based CRUD application, developed as an intro to get familiar with ASP backend development, entity framework, Authentication/Authorization with different roles and identities, Mappers, and Domain-Driven Design.I have developed this application as I'm supposed to modify ASP project built by another team

I was already learning ASP.NET and thanks god I had the opportunity to work for existing live production project and alhamdulillah refactored it and implemented/fixed the required changes. it was fintech application built by another team. How it went ?! The mentioned project built using MSSQL It was good opportunity to practice the Domain-Driven design and how its used to handle huge project, Worked more with razor pages, MVC, and users with different roles, modified the MS SQL database stored procedures and much more.

Hotel management system
